  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add the green beans to the bowl and toss until well-coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top.
  7. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
  8. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
