Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the carrots, potatoes, and onion.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
  3. Add the carrots and potatoes to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Use an immersion blender or transfer the soup to a blender to puree until smooth.
  6. Stir in the cream and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve the soup hot, garnished with fresh dill.
