Ingredients
  • 3 banana Ripe bananas
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, unsalted butter, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  9. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
