  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel.
  3. Pour the caramel into a flan mold, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  4. In a blender, combine the cream cheese, eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the flan mold over the caramel.
  6. Place the flan mold in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish with water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes, or until the flan is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.
  10. To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan mold and invert onto a serving plate.
  11. Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve chilled.
