  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped walnuts.
  7. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  9. Allow the brownie bites to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
