Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cranberries
  • 1 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, maple syrup, and orange zest. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until cranberries burst and the mixture thickens.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  5. Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, and unsalted butter. Blend again until well combined.
