Ingredients
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry sheets
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Cranberry sauce
  • 1 pepper Habanero pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cranberry sauce, habanero pepper (finely chopped), cheddar cheese, and salt.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, forming a small pouch.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.
  7. Brush the egg wash over the tops of the cheese puffs.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the puffs are golden brown.
  9. Allow the puffs to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
