Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Stir in the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the cranberries and walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Slice and serve.
