  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.75 cup Dried cranberries
  • 0.75 cup White chocolate chips
  • 4 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
  10. In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  11. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the cooled bars.
  12. Cut into squares and serve.
