Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 Crackers (of your choice)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on top of a cracker and press down slightly.
  5. Arrange the cracker cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Enjoy!
