  • 16 ounce Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
