Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Cauliflower
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
  3. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add cauliflower and peas. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spice mixture.
  5. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  6. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
