Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the macaroni mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup to the top. Press down gently.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of each mac and cheese bite.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the mac and cheese bites from the muffin tin and serve hot.
