Ingredients
  • 2 cup Corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the corn kernels.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
  6. Gradually add the corn mixture to the eggs, stirring well.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the souffle is puffed and golden brown.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
