Ingredients
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Brown sugar
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 150 gram Chocolate chips
  • 100 gram Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  7. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the cookie bars to cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Cut into bars and serve.
