Ingredients
  • 3 pound Potatoes
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 4 slices Bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  6. While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon until crispy and crumble it.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the oven and sprinkle with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
  8. Let the potatoes rest for 10 minutes before serving.
