Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Macaroni
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
