Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 100 gram Mayonnaise
  • 100 gram Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 20 gram Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. Shred the cabbage and grate the carrots.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and cooled potatoes to the bowl. Mix until all ingredients are coated in the dressing.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
