Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Kale
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 50 ml Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. Cook the kale in boiling water for 5 minutes, then drain and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cooked kale, butter, milk, flour, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Scoop spoonfuls of the potato mixture into the pan and flatten with a spatula.
  6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with a side of sour cream or applesauce.
