Ingredients
  • 1 cup Matzo meal
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Seltzer water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix the matzo meal, eggs, vegetable oil, seltzer water, salt, black pepper, dill, and parsley until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  4. Wet your hands with water and form the matzo ball mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Gently drop the matzo balls into the boiling water.
  6. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the matzo balls for about 20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and fluffy.
  7. Remove the matzo balls from the water using a slotted spoon and serve them in soup or as an appetizer.
