  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and instant coffee powder.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted unsalted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease with butter.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve the coffee pancakes warm with maple syrup and whipped cream.
