Ingredients
  • 3 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the corn kernels and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the coconut milk, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
