  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add vanilla extract and almond milk, and mix well.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and sliced almonds.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 10 minutes. Then transfer the brownie bites to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
