Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes.
  3. Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
  4. In a bowl, mix the sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a clay pot.
  6. Cover the pot with a lid and place it in the preheated oven.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove the lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes to brown the top.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
