Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Elbow macaroni
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
