Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 30 gram Flour
  • 10 gram Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Grease the ramekins with butter and coat with cocoa powder.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, while continuously whisking.
  6. Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the souffles have risen and set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve immediately with a dusting of powdered sugar.
