  • 4 cup Peaches
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until well combined.
  4. Melt the butter in a baking dish in the preheated oven.
  5. Pour the flour mixture over the melted butter in the baking dish.
  6. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the peaches.
