Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

Divide the dough in half. Roll out each half into a rectangle shape.

In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and powdered sugar.

Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over each rectangle of dough.

Roll up each rectangle tightly, starting from the long side.

Wrap the dough logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the chilled dough logs into 1/2-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
