Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and remaining 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the greased loaf pan and sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture on top.
  7. Pour the remaining batter on top and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture into the batter.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Slice and serve.
