Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the puff pastry.

Starting from one end, roll up the puff pastry tightly.

Cut the rolled puff pastry into 1-inch slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
