Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until dough forms.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for about 1 minute. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly, starting from the long side. Cut the roll into 1-inch (5 cm) thick slices.
  6. Place the slices onto a greased baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix powdered sugar and water to make the glaze. Drizzle the glaze over the warm cinnamon roll bites.
  8. Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
