Ingredients
  • 10 slice Bread
  • 4 piece Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all the bread is coated.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture over the bread cubes.
  7. Dot the top of the bread cubes with butter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Serve warm with maple syrup.
