  • 250 gram Pastry Dough
  • 200 gram Dark Chocolate
  • 200 milliliter Cream
  • 3 number Eggs
  • 100 gram Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 spoon Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and place it into a tart pan.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream, eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually pour the melted chocolate into the cream mixture while whisking.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the pastry dough in the tart pan.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. Allow the tart to cool for 2 hours.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
