Ingredients
  • 2 sheet Puff pastry sheets
  • 100 gram Dark chocolate
  • 1 unit Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into thin strips.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or over a double boiler.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
  5. Dip each puff pastry strip into the egg mixture, then drizzle with melted chocolate.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  8. Allow the chocolate straws to cool before serving.
