Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 100 gram Unsalted butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 4 unit Eggs
  • 50 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 20 gram Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease the ramekins with butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, flour, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the souffles have risen and are set around the edges but still slightly wobbly in the center.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve immediately.
