  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and mix it with heavy cream until smooth. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture into the springform pan. Drizzle half of the chocolate mixture on top and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese and chocolate mixtures.
  4. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 2 hours.
  5. Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
