Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry jam
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and butter together.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream until smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the chocolate cookie crust.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is set.

  7. Spread the raspberry jam over the cooled pie.
