Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat.
  2. In a separate saucepan, heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  4. Gradually whisk the hot milk into the cocoa mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture back into the saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
