Ingredients
  • 4 piece Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed Peppermint Candies
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F (110°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a clean mixing bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in the peppermint extract, cocoa powder, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the meringue mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 90 minutes or until the meringue is crisp and dry.
  7. Turn off the oven and let the meringue drops cool in the oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
