Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 mashed Banana
  • 4 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and mashed banana.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Grease a popover pan or muffin tin with vegetable oil.
  6. Fill each cup halfway with the pancake batter.
  7. Place a teaspoon of peanut butter and a few chocolate chips in the center of each cup.
  8. Top with more pancake batter until the cups are almost full.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the popovers are puffed and cooked through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
