Chocolate Oatmeal Bars

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.

In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oatmeal crust in the baking dish.

Crumble the remaining oatmeal mixture over the top.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
