  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased cake pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
  6. Whip the cream with cocoa powder and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Spread the whipped cream mixture over the chilled chocolate base.
  8. Refrigerate for another 2 hours.
  9. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
