Ingredients
  • 200 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 4 tablespoon Honey
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 150 gram All-purpose flour
  • 30 gram Cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and dark chocolate together.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  4. Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture while whisking continuously.
  5. In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  7. If desired, fold in the chopped nuts.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
  11. Cut into bars and serve.
