Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 250 ml Heavy Cream
  • 50 gram Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
  5. Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
  6. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it starts to simmer.
  7. Remove from heat and add the chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  8. Pour the ganache over the cooled crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  10. Serve chilled.
