  4. Shape the dough into a log and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
