Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each ball in powdered sugar until coated.
  8. Place the coated dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies have spread and the tops have cracked.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
