Ingredients
  • 115 gram Butter
  • 100 gram Granulated sugar
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 gram Chocolate chips
  • 50 gram Powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until well combined.
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  6. Roll the dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookie balls to cool for 5 minutes, then roll them in powdered sugar.
