Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
