Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking pan to form the crust.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
