  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in the sour cream and flour until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1-2 hours to cool gradually.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  9. Once chilled, remove the sides of the springform pan and slice the cheesecake. Serve chilled.
